The firm was founded in 2012 after having spent 23 years in the airline industry and at aircraft manufacturers helping airlines navigate through operational issues relating to aircraft performance, economics, block time generation, flight efficiency, and safety of operations.  The most important thing Airline Operations Consulting does, is provide real-world experience to airlines most challenging operational issues. Whether it be adding block time to the schedule, buying a new aircraft, or analyzing fuel savings using 'cost of weight' parameters, Airline Operations Consulting can assist you in whatever your airline operations analysis needs.


Lead consultant has spent 24 years in aerospace industry working at both an airframe and power plant manufacturers (McDonnell Douglas/Boeing, GE, and Honeywell) in aircraft and engine design, at airlines (United, American Airlines, Eastern Airlines) operating commercial aircraft, and at a business jet maker (Galaxy Aircraft) helping support sales and aircraft performance issues. Consultants have a wealth of data analytics experience through out the aircraft and engine life cycle while providing simple to understand guidance and recommendations. With an undergrad in Aerospace Engineering and Masters work in Business Administration.  Lead has led a team of 23 engineers and flight analysts as Director of Operations Engineering and Optimization at the world's largest airline while directing tasks to maintain safe operations, operate efficiently, and develop new technologies.
